This wheat has small flat blond heads, with very short beards. It is apparently easier to digest, and it is high in proteins and antioxidants.

Directly plant outside in the garden as soon as soil can be worked. Sow to a death of 1/2 inch in straight rows, 3 or 4 neighbouring rows - weed competing plants until it is tall enough to weed them out itself.
