Dill Dukat
Dill Dukat
Anethum graveolums
Annual plant, open pollinated.
Dill Dukat produces whispy leaves that are darker than usual (blue green). A sweet and mellow dill originating in Denmark. Use dill for all sorts of dishes - I love it in a refreshing, slightly creamy cucumber summer salad. Use the flowers for pickling.
Days to maturity: 45 to leaf, 75-90 for flower.
100 seeds per pack.
Seed starting
Direct seed out in the garden as soon as soil can be worked (tolerates cold), approximately two weeks before the last frost. Plant at a depth of 1/4inch.
We live and garden on ancestral territory of Algonquin Anishnaabeg People, forever territory of wild fauna & flora, cultivated lands of Irish and French settlers, and now beloved home of the junco seeds family (humans, chickens, dogs, sheep and cats)
